Comprehensive awareness of environmental impact is an important factor in any decisions we make. We take pride in our environmental performance, and have many ways in which we comply with best practice and regulations and monitor and report on our environment.

We value your feedback

SUEZ has a dedicated Environment Report Hotline for anyone living or working near one of our facilities in NSW, VIC or WA, and is receptive to all concerns and feedback.

The hotline is open 24 hour a day, 7 days a week to welcome feedback on environmental matters sometimes associated with waste and water management facilities – like odour, noise, dust and mud tracking.

Your call will always be answered by a human, not an automated message. You feedback will be entered and immediately forwarded to staff at the facility, meaning it can be addresses quickly by someone who understands the issue. A SUEZ employee will aim to contact you with a report on your feedback within 24 hours of your call.
