Female Driver Traineeships
Are you a woman who is looking to upskill and change your career?
SUEZ Australia and New Zealand is giving women an opportunity to reskill as drivers and machine operators and begin a new career with us.
We will ensure you get your Heavy Rigid Vehicle Licence or other relevant qualifications and then train you in a structured traineeship, with a permanent full-time role at the end of the process.
At SUEZ we are always striving to make sure our workforce reflects the community and customers we serve. Our Female Driver Traineeship program aims to do this by helping women get the qualifications, training and skills to become part of our team, with a permanent, full-time job in a new career as the final outcome for you.
We are beginning our program in Perth and are inviting female candidates to become a trainee and begin a new career with us. We will ensure you attain your Heavy Rigid Vehicle Licence or other relevant machinery operation tickets. We will then support you through an ongoing training program until you are ready to take up a role as one of our waste management drivers or machinery operators.
We will mentor and help you all the way, with a “buddy” to train with and go-to support from other female employees and supervisors to give you any guidance or advice you need. This is a great opportunity for you to change your career, to attain some of the most sought-after skills in the market today and to begin a role with a world leader in environmental services.
