If you are a SUEZ customer and you aren't already registered for SUEZ ConnectTM, it only takes a couple of minutes and then you’ll be able to pay your bill, manage your account and order new services, 24/7. Our customers are serviced at different times and days depending on their individual needs. You can access your service calendar and view scheduled services for the next 6 weeks via SUEZ Connect. The calendar will display highlighted dates for scheduled collections. You can use the calendar as a filter: simply click on the date to filter only services after this date.
The easiest way to cancel or schedule additional services is via SUEZ Connect, alternatively you can call us on 13 13 35 or submit a request online here. If you are a National Key account, please contact your account manager directly.
