SUEZ wins Canstar Blue award
Four brands were considered in the award category that sought opinions from almost 400 customers.
SUEZ outperformed the market average in the categories of client service, booking process, frequency/availability of waste disposal and bin/container hire.
The independent research produced a number of highlights, including an increase in our customer satisfaction over the previous year.
Canstar tells us that other highlights include:
- Client service is a key driver for overall customer satisfaction for waste disposal, with responsible waste solutions being the second highest determiner.
- The overwhelming majority of small business respondents that ranked SUEZ number one are based in metro areas with roughly 40% of them employing between just one and five people.
- The most popular types of businesses that put SUEZ first were those with a home office or which work online.
- SUEZ was most popular with tradespeople, financial services and those in the health and medical industries.
- $422 is the average monthly spend on waste disposal for small businesses.
