Update your account information or contact details instantly and view active users on your account for greater information security.
View and pay invoices
View, download and pay invoices at the click of a button, gaining full visibility of your expenses and reducing paper use. You can also set up secure online payment via a bank account, credit card or automatic direct debit.
Manage your services
Complete flexibility to add and edit services, with more than 30 waste streams to choose from. You can also order extra collections and view and use our service history function to query service completion status as far back as two years. Currently only available to customers with on-site SUEZ bins.
View and print service schedules on an easy to read calendar, enabling you to monitor collection frequency for each waste type and keep track of bin pickup days at a glance.
Monitor your waste volume, diversion rates, invoice history and contribution to biogas generation with comprehensive reports, downloadable in a range of different formats. Currently only available to customers with on-site SUEZ bins.

Instant access to your waste transaction information for a complete picture of your account, also available as downloadable reports. Currently only available to Sydney metropolitan customers using SUEZ facilities.
