SUEZ offers a range of collection and resource recovery services across Australia for both treated and untreated timber.
Recycling used timber reduces your disposal costs and prevents unnecessary logging. Recycled timber can be used in a range of applications including construction and furniture making.
Timber is one of the most renewable and 'earth friendly' materials available and includes most wood products including chipboard, pallets and melamine.
SUEZ provides a recovery solution for untreated timber (ie. materials that have not been painted, varnished, stained or chemically treated).
Acceptance criteria varies across States and Territories.
Our Organic Resource Recovery Facilities (link to page code 0.3.3 named organic facilities) accept quantities of untreated timber (i.e. timber that has not been painted, varnished, stained or chemically treated for pests) which is processed into woodchips for use in the horticultural, agricultural and urban amenity markets.
