Service changes

Do you need to change your waste services over the holidays?

If you are closing over the holiday period and do not need your bins collected, or if you require additional collections, please complete the below form.

The changes will be effective for the end of the year period only. If you wish to change your services permanently, you can access to your account on SUEZ Connect or call us on 13 13 35.


If you have multiple sites, please complete a separate form for each site.


Please note, although we will always do our best to meet your needs, due to the large volume of requests we are unable to guarantee set times for collections during the holiday period.

Are you operating as usual over the holidays?

If you are operating as usual over the holidays and do not need to make any changes to your usual service, there is no need to get in touch. We will complete your services as per normal. However, as per usual, please ensure we have have normal access to your site to avoid additional costs.


Please note, if you are closed over the holiday period and don’t inform us in time, you will be charged as per usual.


Unless you have a special arrangement in place, we will not be providing collection services on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
To schedule a collection on an alternate day, please contact your local customer service team. Alternatively, you may choose an alternate collection date by completing the below form and selecting the new date in the “Additional Services Required” field.

Is your collection service on-call?

If your collection service is on call there is no need to let us know about your holiday operating hours.
If you are unable to notify us of your business closure, SUEZ will assume there are no changes and normal services and charges will occur.

In Western Australia, the collection services will be assured the 26th of December.
