Service changes

Unless you have a special arrangement in place, we will not be providing collection services on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Apart from the above and unless you have requested a change, your collection services will be completed as usual. In Western Australia, collection services will be assured on Boxing Day.

As usual, please ensure we have normal access to your site to avoid additional costs.

Please note, due to the need to make extensive changes to our regular scheduling, we are unable to guarantee set collection times during the holiday period.
