SUEZ Spring Farm Resource Recovery Park
SUEZ NSW COVID Pandemic Update - Public Drop-offs and Transfer Station Facilities
At SUEZ, safety is our priority. We are adhering to NSW Health advice to keep our customers, our communities and our staff safe. If you are travelling greater than five kilometres to reach a SUEZ public drop-off/transfer station facility and you are not considered an essential service provider, then you are in breach of NSW Health’s stay-at-home order. Please do not visit a SUEZ NSW public drop-off or transfer station unless it is an essential activity. Enforcement agencies are regularly monitoring our facilities for compliance. For essential service providers, please wear a mask and register with the site QR code when visiting our facilities.

The Spring Farm Advanced Resource Recovery Park (formerly Macarthur Resource Recovery Park and originally Jacks Gully Waste and Recycling Centre) spans 38 hectares and over 100,000 cars and trucks use the park each year.
It consists of a number of linked areas for processing of mixed solid waste (MSW) and organic material.
The facility incorporates:
- An anaerobic digestion facility and electricity plant;
- A tunnel composting facility or organics processing; and
- A mechanical pre-treatment area, where non-organic materials are removed from MSW, leaving the organic material ready for further processing at the nearby Kemps Creek SAWT ARRT Facility.
For a detailed guide to accepted waste and applicable fees at individual SUEZ facilities across NSW, please download our NSW Waste Charges and Services booklet.
Through its council collections contract, the Spring Farm site currently services more than 104,000 households in four adjoining council areas.

SUEZ Environment Report Hotline
SUEZ has a dedicated Environment Report Hotline for anyone living, or working, near one of our facilities in New South Wales and Victoria.
The hotline has been set up to receive feedback on environmental matters which are sometimes associated with recycling and waste management facilities – like odours, noise, dust and mud tracking.
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your call will always be answered by a real person - not just an automated message - who will enter your feedback and forward it immediately to the staff at the facility. This allows us to take immediate action to determine the cause of any concerns you may have, and gives us the best chance of rectifying the situation quickly.
A SUEZ employee will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours with feedback on your report.
To provide your feedback, please call:
